Teachers, parents and office staff sign in with a school email address. Pupils do not have accounts. Nobody can register themselves. What we collect - Name and email address of the account holder - Pupil name, year group and class, as uploaded by the school - Attendance marks: present, late, left early, absent - Alerts ("PINGs") sent by teachers, including the reason and any note - Qur'an memorisation, revision and homework records - A notification token from your device, used only to deliver alerts We do not collect location, contacts, photos, files, health data or payment details.
